At the time the auction is started, the item is in stock and ready for shipment directly from the manufacturer. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning. If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full immediate refund or to be placed on back order for that item. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of your item, we ask that you please send payment within three business days. If your payment is delayed, there is a chance that the item you have won is no longer available for immediate shipment. All wedding items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer via UPS Ground,

We accept PayPal, Certified Checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Money Orders.

If you are using a check or money order please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Check out is required. Be sure to indicate your auction number so we can match your payment to your item.

NY customers are subject to 8% NY sales tax.

International Customers: We are not responsible for any customs, taxes or duties.

Confirmation and/or tracking number will be emailed to you once package is shipped.
